Deadlifting too much...

Well, I have been not lifting for almost 2 weeks now. I'm starting lifting next monday again. I have been bulking. And I noticed I gained a pound or two. I have been eating a lot as usual.. When I start again, I am going to get the GNC weight gainer, it has like 2200 calories per serving. Is that stuff good? I think it will relaly help me get above 4000 calories, my goal, without spending crazy money on food. Just on my food, my mom spends 150 a week... Crazy. Well, its been a week and a half, and whenever I lift my bag, i get a slight pain in the left shoulder blade, but I think it will go away, cuz im taking many ibeprofens , 3 a day, and I hope it will only take 2 weeks. I feel I have lost a lot of muscle size too.
 
No way man!!! Dont use weight gainer. it just tastes like watered cake mix.
All it is is a protien shake with tonnes of flour in it.

There is less than half the amout of protien in high carb powders so you need twice as much and you'll be spending tonnes of cash. You'll be much much better off having a normal protien shake and eating a few extra slices of bread.
