deadlift pr :D

new dealift personal record:p i just pwned 90kg (198.5 pounds) 5 reps, and i think i still could have done 1 or 2 reps more XD
i know its not alot for many people:p but im a smal guy, only 70-something kg:p

its only been like a month since i started doing deads for real

Thanks! definitly:p after the deadlift i did some pullups, weird, at 5kg hanging from the belt it stopped at the 3d rep :S last time i did 7.5 kg from the belt and 5 reps. think that i did more deadlift than last time could have affected my forearms so i dident do as much pullups as i would have? :S
 
Good job, how often do you deadlift? 3 times a week?

I did deadlifts for the first time this weekend before squatting (not on purpose, just got tired of waiting for the squat rack). I couldn't squat about 25 minutes later.

I can deadlift fine after squatting though, I found that unusual. Granted I squat 3 times as often as I deadlift.

When do you guys deadlift? I've just put it in on my heavy quad day, and straight legs on hammy day and usually towards the end of my workout.
 
i deadlift once per week, squat 3 times per week, though on the day i deadlift i dont squat as heavy, i do the bill starr 5x5 program so i do full body 3x per week

Personally i find deads alittle more demanding, plus you havn't trained the movement much yet. You have to train you brain so to speak.
