I see people doing dead lifts and it seems to be everything anyone ever told me about the WRONG way to lift something heavy (ie. lift with your legs not your back).
Can someone please explain to me (a) what muscle(s) a dead lift works, (b) whether it is safe and (c) what the propre form for not blowing out your back is?
