Day One!

Today was super busy, therefore not the best starting day.
Today I toured UCONN in Storrs, CT. I toured the whole campus and even got to meet some professors of nutritional science! (I want to be a dietician)
This is what I ended up having time to eat:
-One Stonyfield Farm Low Fat Luscious Lemon Yogurt
-One Pork Burrito: (Pulled pork (without fat "chunks"), Kidney beans, medium salsa, corn, lettuce, shredded cheese, 12 inch white flour wrap.) It was really BIG so it filled me up :)
-A single scoop of pumpkin ice cream from the Dairy Barn - UCONN's very own ice cream shop. I could SEE the cows that made my ice cream WHILE I was eating it! It was so amazingly delicious and creamy. Doesn't help that Dad bought a quart for home! :doh:

And that's my day. ..I'm hungry X_X
 
Welcome to the forum!! Hmmmmm that ice cream sure sounds delicious :) And way to go on your first day, the first day is ALWAYS the hardest, but it gets a little easier as time goes on. Good luck to you!

I had PSATs today! I think I did well enough to qualify for the scholarship, but I'll find out for sure in December! (I can't wait!)

Today: (if i can remember everything XD)
Breakfast:
-Stonyfield Farm Luscious Lemon Low Fat Yogurt
-4 Milk Lunch brand crackers

During school snack: (half day today = no lunch period)
-One Twix stick and two mini almond joy (OH NO! I had after-test munchies.. that's my excuse <.<)

At the grocery store:
-2 slices white American cheese 1 slice cheddar cheese

At home snack: (I still wanted more cheese XD)
-Half of a low fat weight watchers string cheese stick

Dinner:
-A piece or pork loin, the size of my palm
-Half of a sweet potato
-An individual cup of Mott's Original Applesauce
-A few bites of my own recipe, "easy sweet curry sammich" >:D on italian bread (I'm going to post the recipe in the recipe forum~)

I think I did pretty good for my first week back on track. The candy did NOT help at all, but it's ok! I'll do better tomorrow!

I worked out to a DVD P90x - Legs and Back for 30 mins
I drank a lot of water today :D
