So here we go.
This is it.
I am going to do it.
140lbsw to 108lbs.

I have finally had enough of feeling fat, ugly, tired and useless. I am fed up of dreading getting dressed in the morning because none of my clothes fit anymore. I am fed up of stepping onto the scales and feeling like I a going to cry. I am going to do it. From here on in I am going to give it 100% dedication.

My mum is getting married a year from now and I am determind to look my best in the bridesmaid dress. I don't want to look like a beached whale.

So here it is, my diary.
I will start it tomorrow as it is already 7:45pm and today has not been the greatest day.

So i will check back in tomorrow !!!

Why wait until tomorrow. :) Start today - and you'll feel better already.

Here's what I'd do tonight.

Start by putting any bad decision you made today out of your head. What you did an hour ago has no bearing on what you're going to do now. As a friend of mine used to say, just because you tripped on the top step, does that mean you're going to throw yourself down the whole staircase?

Drink a full glass of water before you go to bed tonight. Get the hydration process started. You'll feel better in the morning. :)

Work out a plan of what you're going to eat tomorrow. It doesn't have to take long, just think about what you have in the fridge and pantry and say "here's what I'm going to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner". If you make a plan tonight, it'll be easier to move forward tomorrow.

When you go to bed, reinforce to yourself that you have ALREADY started your plan. This isn't something you have to gear up for in the morning. You are being healthy now. It's easier to continue than to get started. :)

I second Kara's opinion...no time to start like the present!

I especially agree on planning your calorie intake...the past week or so I've been planning out about 90% of my calorie intake the night before. I leave a few hundred calories so I can feel spontaneous! Nothing like feeling wild and crazy!!!

You've made the biggest step already, don't give up, and you'll be at your goal before you realise it. Stick with it, good luck.

Thanks for your advice guys, it is really giving me the motivation I need =)

Ok so today, so far went like this...

5:30 - Woke up (god knows why, didn't even have alarm on).
6.15 - Breakfast (Cereal with Soya Milk and glass of water) and some household chores.
6.45 - Hour long walk (2 miles, usually walk faster but had boyfriend and dog with me)
7:45 - Back home and planning my meals for the day.
8:30 - Salmon with brown rice and homemade pasta sauce and a fennel tea.
10.00 - 2 mile (window shopping) walk.
12.00 - Bowl of Cereal with Soya Milk and SlimFast Cheese Crackers snack bag (99cals).
16.00 - 2 mile dog walk.
18:15 - 250 calorie snack (ok so I need to cut down on size of snacks) *5 small quorn scotch eggs (50cals each)

I have to admit, I am really really proud of myself being motivated enough to get up and walk (even more proud of me being able to wake my boyfriend up lol). I know it is going to take a while but I can't wait to start seeing results !!!

*Am hoping to fit in another 2 mile walk today and see if I can do it in 30 minutes*
