Started the vinegar diet yesterday, down 2 pounds this morning. It's probably water, but feels good anyway.

Today I toured a Ladies Workout Express facility nearby my work. I think I'll head over there after work tomorrow and try a workout. I'm afraid I'm waaayyy out of shape, but realize that I need to start somewhere.

I'm also going to keep up on the vinegar and try to get more vegetables into my diet.

Welcome to the forum, it is good to see that you started a diary, what is this vinegar diet ? is it healthy ?
 
Hi No Worries, welcome to the forum... Starting to work out *no matter what stage of shape you are in* is a great thing.
I hope your vinegar diet is allowing you to get enough nutrients though. Take care... ~ Michelle
 
what's a vinegar diet

The vinegar diet is my terminology for a tip I found while researching weight loss for folks who are 50 years old or better for my blog:



Basically, I just toss a couple of capsful of vinegar down the hatch before my meals. I don't know if it's just wishful thinking or not, but I do think I actually feel more energetic and less full.

ahhh yes, ive heard of that before...actually have done it before. Apple cider vin. actually does help me with water retention in my legs... can't hurt anyways..lol
