I know I told you all and I told myself I was going to start making better choices starting like 2 days ago and I fell off the bandwagon almost immediately. I went and ate at Subway. I had like only 1 salad. My daily schedule has been funky since I've got a lot going on in the day.
Anywho, I'm here now and I'm here to say I'm going to do better.
This morning at 0530 I went to the gym and did cross-fit type exercises for almost an hour
For breakfast I had a bowl of Special K Fruit & Yogurt Cereal with non-fat milk
As a snack I'm going to have a banana and some cauliflower w/ a little bit of ranch
For lunch I'm having the last half of my subway sandwich which is a cold cut sandwich with cheese, lettuce, avocado, bell pepper and pickles and a little bit of mayo in it. with a little bit of Greek Yogurt on the side for my dessert
Snack should be an apple
Dinner I'm going to make tilapia with a little white rice with a salad ofcourse
Not sure what I'm going to eat for a snack, I might make a dessert or something?
