Hello! So this will be the first post of the beginning of my journey. So I guess here goes the questionnaire: 
Starter Questions:
-- How much weight do you want to lose? 10lbs
-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight? I'm looking at about 4-5 months
-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)? I'm going to start eating healthier, without necessarily cutting EVERYTHING I love out just simply cutting out most of the fast-foods and candy (which will be my weakness!)
-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal? Anyone out there that will support me
-- How realistic is your goal? Pretty realistic, it's attainable
-- When will you start? Right now, Today: 13 January 2014
1. What is your current height and weight? Currently I barely stand below 5'0 (yes, I'm aware that I'm short
) and I'm at about 135lbs give or take
2. If you were at an ideal weight now, what would that weight be? My ideal weight is 120lbs
3. At what weight would you like to be at four months from now? Hopefully at 125lbs
4. Why do you want to lose weight? Not necessarily lose weight, just to be healthier and be toned out
5. Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or reunion? If so, when is that event? Nope, just doing it for myself
6. What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals? My busy life such as school, 2 jobs, and extracurricular activities I'm tied to
7. Why do you think that you now have a weight problem? Because you can see me and know I could use a little exercise.
8. What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight? Eating healthier and drinking a lot more water
9. Have you lost weight in the past? If so, what has worked in the past to help you lose weight? Nope, I've only gained
10. Why do you believe that you did not lose weight or you gained the weight back? I've never tried to
11. Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time? I will do my best to post everything to keep track of it all.
12. Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook? Yes, a lot of chicken but sometimes the seasonings don't make it any healthier
13. How often do you go out to eat? Where do you go? A lot. Korean BBQ buffet, Chinese buffets, McDonalds, Little Cesars, Subway, EVERYTHING lol
14. What are your three favorite foods? Rice, Bananas, and Chicken
15. What are your three favorite restaurants? BJ's, Korean BBQ, and Applebee's
16. What are three things you can do differently when it comes to food? Drink more water, eat on smaller plates, and eat slower
17. If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different? It would definitely be sexier
18. Do you eat when you are not hungry? Yeah
19. Do you binge eat (large amounts at a time)? Yeah
20. Do you hide your food or eat in secret? Only if I don't want to share with my husband, tee-hee
21. Do you eat when you are sad, nervous, or depressed? No not really
22. Do you eat as a reward? Heck yeah
23. Do you eat while watching TV or using the computer? Of course, what average American doesn't do that?
24. What do you normally eat for a meal? Rice and some sort of meat
25. What type of snacks do you eat? Fruits and candy
26. In terms of exercise, what, if anything, are you currently doing? It's off and on but when I do go, I do strength training, and crossfit
27. Where do you go for exercise? A local public gym? School/work gym? Home? I go to our local gym and sometimes at home, and very seldom outside
28.What, if anything, are your three favorite types of exercise? I don't have any
I'm really hoping I can do this, and keep up with it.
