Well I'm not into spamming so much but since I found this forum over there, I'll do a lil switcheroo:



There's good things going on in there, just the diet section is lacking a bit. The one observation I have is it seems everyone on there is on like 5 different meds and addicted to pumping as their cure-all.

Again, there is tons of good info in there. It might be worth a read - up to you View attachment 1507

I'll stand by healing the body with nutrition beats the tar out of bolusing anyday.

Thanks for the Diabetes info, checked it out, not sure if I want to become a member of two sites. Trying to avoid spending a lot of time online. Already spend too much online with work.
