"Dave's wedding is sooner than I think" diary.

Hello all, my name is Dave. I weigh around 230 right now and I am looking to lose between 50-70 pounds through exercise and a lifestyle change. I already started buying all organic after watching food, Inc, but that will help me along this journey as well. I love to cook and do it almost everyday, so i will be pictures of what I cook as inspiration, motivation, and looks. People can also ask me how I make what I make and I will gladly tell you as well.


I am going to be trying to go to the gym 5-6 days a week, doing cardio and also weight training. I am one of those people who once they start something they cannot stop. I am also a perfectionist which can play a double edged sword in this situation. I am going to the gym and I will update this diary after that, to keep myself on top of things, and to let you all know, my devoted listeners, what I have been/am doing!

227.4 pounds today! down 2.4 pounds. I went to the gym yesterday and did 2 miles on the eliptical and 35 floors on the stairmaster. Then I completely broke my tricep and legs down and had some chicken for dinner to build the muscle back up.


For breakfast today I had an organic fiber bar and some odwalla superfood drink. Tasted good and feeling good!
 
AI really have been slacking here but going to school, applying to nursing school, planning a wedding, it all adds up! Excuses i know. I am officilly down 7 pounds that i have been able to keep off for good. Will post pics of food and scale tomorrow. I have picked up racquetball as a competitive hobby!
