Dave's photos - Please laugh it will inspire me

So i woke up 1 months ago and looked into the mirror and said to myself " god i'm fat, better go to the gym"..... a week later i joined.

Anyway here is a pic of me, i have alot to work on etc. My routine is screwed but someone is helping with that in another section of this forum.

What do you think?

As you can see i have alot of ab, chest, shoulder and arm work to do.

Dropping fat though. Weighed 83.5KG 2 weeks ago and now 80.8KG
 
yeah its true you have some work that can be done to become more lean...but first of ur not in terrible shape and secondly once u really get serious about ur work out as it seems ur already doing i can tell that the results on you will look amazing! :)
 
Cheers for the comments. I'll post some more in a couple of months, I'll keep this one as a before picture.

Will i have to loose the fat first? or will some of the fat turn into muscle?
 
Well, the fat won't turn into muscle, but having more muscle will cause you to burn more fat while at rest.

So I'd say if you want to bulk right now, go ahead.
 
You've got some impressive arms there, really have'nt been working them?
And great work on dropping the 3kg. Keep it up!
