Here's the 7 month update....acutally, it's a few days early because today I HIT MY GOAL OF 180 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!
After the holidays I had to really buckle down to try and get this done without stretching it out for another month.
So here's the final numbers.......
So, in slightly less than 7 months, I've gone from 260 to 180 pounds. I used to have to squeeze into 42 inch pants and now comforatble wear 34 inch pants (fresh from the dryer). The 2 floors of stairs to my office that used to put me into heavy breathing are now down 2 at a time at running speed without any effect. My blood pressure was about 140/92 and is now around 115/75. My cholesterol was up around 300 and is now 133.
As promised, I'm getting ready to post my before and after pictures on the other page.
I'll still check in here every month, as I realize that the hard work is just now beginning. I know I can gain weight. I know I can loose weight. What I need to learn how to do is maintain my weight.
Good luck to everyone in their journey. Keep working hard, the feeling you'll have when you get to where you want to be is sweet!
