looks like a good workout program. Like the focus on body weight as it reduces the need to go to a gym.
Pull up bars can be brutal starting out, not sure if the program recommends using resistance bands for assisted pull ups but based on my own experience I'd recommend checking them out.
 
Well after a week of freeletics I'm down 5 more pounds and my I have been able to tighten my belt by two notches. All in all I think it was successful.
 
i wish freeletics was getting easier, the program has me doing 1/3-1/5 of the original workouts and its starting to ramp up so its getting a little tougher.


 
As the weight continues to come off and you adjust to the program I'm guessing you'll notice fast progress from when you started. Towards the end of the first month is usually toughest weeks for me when trying to get back on track but after that it becomes more routine.
 
Im ever so close to being out of the 290's as of today I am 291 and by the end of this year i see no problem in hitting my target and staying there.
