Wow - I'd say she's feeling strongly about that!

DQ - did you use the amount of Curry she said? I'm a little leary about Mal and curry ;)

Ooooh, was it ever good. I used almost the exact amount; I had medium curry.



Well, I just cancelled my weight watchers online account. I'm feeling a little apprehensive. I haven't been using the points tracker for about 2 weeks; just fitday. So I know I can do it. I'm not sure why I feel this way.
 
I had a hard time quitting WW too, I knew it was costing too much monmey and I could do it on my own. And I have. I always have these weight loss stalls and will eventually break through. You will do fine, you ahve up till now!!;)
 
I think all the programs are good for jumpstarts..and once you're in the swing of things.... you can continue on your own without shelling out the money for it...unless you don't have the will power to go on... but what is it? they say that after 21 days it becomes habit?

I heard whats good about paying like WW jenny craig
ect is that you feel you paid money your not going to cheat and make it
a waste of money?I always felt you can find a home version of any program
out there.Like nutri system is like $400-$500 month in food alone when you can
go to the store and get lean cuisines WW healthy choice on sale almost
every week 1 are onsale. They sell bags of frozen chicken breast for like
$5.99 a bag of 5-6 and go to the freezer and get those birdseye(my fave)
frozen steam pk veggies and wahla 6 days of food for aprox$12 :)

I know I can; Like I said, I haven't been using the points tracker lately anyway. The free sites are fine.

Made it on the treadmill again today! That makes 3 days in a row :D

Totals for today, assuming I don't go crazy tonight :p

1399 calories, 30 minutes of exercise. I may treat myself to some low-cal popcorn later; I rented The Guardian tonight.
 
Hey DQ! Way to go on the treadmill! I think I'll have to try that recipe since you highly recommend it (I love curry).
 
Another good day today...got the kids to story time, then I've spent all afternoon on the computer. I know, that's not good. But I've found a neat site where I can keep track of all the books I've read, review them, etc. It's cool. I've done 85 books so far, and just finished "A" :D

I'm hitting the gym in half an hour, then my first real TOPS meeting. Should be fun.

1100 calories, 35 minutes of exercise.
