Ineed a kick in the ass Dari...Ive been pretty discouraged lately...well the last few days and I have allowed my emotions to comtrol me and get the better of me...I didnt exercise on Friday but I worked all day and had a quater lber with cheese and fries for lunch...(but was still within my cals) On Saturday I had Starbucks and a muffin for breaky (fat free chai tea latta, triple berry muffin) went over cals by a couple hundred (perogies for dinner, 8 - with 6 pieces of bacon - so I had two servings of each instead of one like usual) and yesturday I only ate twice (a&w teen meal with uuummm onion and fries...) dinner was good and healthier however...had water both days but only haolf as much as usual...I was hoping to be down .5 today and am instead up .6...I did walk both days...Saturday I walked for 60 mins and Sunday I walked for 75 mins...ASS KICKING PLEASE!!! I have found and dealt with what has been makin me emotional so I am hoping it is behind me now...but I am slowly kinda ruining my prgoress...I am coming ot you for harsh truth and help cuz I know I will get it...

dropping to the singles tonight and windchill below 0 I hate this crap
there is no possible way to stay warm to walk when it is this cold.

Dari, if you really want to be a leader at soemthing, and help people, ask me, two things popped into my mind right away that are needed in Snow Lake and that you could do.

It's actually a fast food place with icecream in the US!:D
 
Hey DQ, hope all is going well!!!!

We dont have a year around Dariqueen. Ours only opens when it gets warm outside. It is where all of the "cheerleaders" work. Love the Grape Misty Float... guess they are called "Breeze" now though.
 
We don't have a Dairy Queen here either, but our local pizza place does soft ice cream. Awesome. I have to exert a lot of will power in the summer. :D

Totals: 1550 calories, and another 30 minutes in the gym! Woo hoo! We're back on the roll folks! :D
 
Ok, I've finally tried Mal's Tandoori Chicken...OMG. If you haven't tried it already, please do. Look in the recipe threads for it. Totally awesome.
