Well, gettin' some pages done today :) Good eating's out the window...well, not completely out, but it's sitting on the ledge. :rolleyes:
 
I did TOPS as well Dari it worked for me at hte time, I had to quit when my daughter joined choir as it conflicted with times and days...anyway congrats to you, it is nice to meet ppl face to face to share with and such...
 
Hey...if you nudge it off the ledge... run as fast as you can outside to go and try to catch it...that'll burn some cals! ;) thanks for stopping by mine.... How have you been doing?
 
Never mind about the not-so-great eating... just get back on track and do some good excercise. :) Enjoy the rest of ya weekend.
 
Good morning everyone! Last day of scrapbooking here; I'm not going for long, so I'm going to be good. I'm down another partial pound, so I didn't do any damage yesterday, thank goodness. :)
 
Congratulations to my sister Chelseabun...she was just voted in as part of the Design Team for an online scrapbook store/message board!!!!! :) :) :)
 
Now, to completely change the subject (insert sarcastic smilie here ;) )...I would really like to be good at something. Or to be a leader at something. Or whatever. Not just ok. But good.

Still working on that.
 
LOL! True...but I don't feel it's something I earned. I am trying to learn more about nutrition and fitness, etc....in order to be better for the role, if that makes any sense.
 
Okay
Breakfast: 2 chunky sized chocolate bars (400cals)
Lunch: 2 chunky sized chocolate bars (400cals)
Dinner: 2 chunky sized chocolate bars (400cals)

Snacks: 1 Chunky sized chocolate bar (200 cals)

Total: 1200-1400 calories a day :D
The perfect diet! :D
 
Yeh, I was eating the 72% cocoa content stuff once in a while for a treat. Not as sweet as milk chocolate, but with a cup of green tea....yum. However, now when I eat it I almost become ill:( . No chocolate for me at all.
