Water's done! Woo hoo! And actually, I'm still under in calories, although I had half a kitkat. So, I'm having a great day!

And a friend is over, we're scrapbooking. I'm just looking for some inspiration ...
 
I finally feel like I'm really back on track. I didn't really get off track, but wasn't doing as well as I should have been. So for the last 2 weeks, it's been going not too badly, but I wasn't feeling like I was there, you know? I wasn't in that place where I was in the fall.

But after 3 days now of being excellent with my calories, and getting my exercise in, I feel it. I'm there again! Hottieville, here I come!

Me i would just scan them and put the pics onto the fileserver or burn them to cd and loose it :D
 
The kids are adorable. Can't wait till I have my own. I'm glad you are back into it again and hottie ville is just around the corner...

So if you dont mind me asking, how many calories is the waight watchers...like do you knwo the calorie range of your points...I assumed it was at a 1,200 range adn that is why you are doing so well...1300 - 1500 is a typical range yes ???

Your still doing great by the way...and those kidlettes of yours are lil beauties...
 
There is approximately 50 calories in a point. Depends on the amount of fat and fiber in the food as well, but that's average. So my 22 daily points is about 1100-1200 calories. If I use the flex points throughout the week evenly, that would give me an extra 5 points a day, kicking it up to about 1450 calories. So, still within range. :)

I usually use a couple of flex points each day, especially since I hit 175 and I lost 2 points a day ;) I do get hungry. :D
