I remember doing the points. It's not hard to do, just a little time consuming, especially since I don't remember seeing a place online where it would figure it up for you. I'm glad to see you're eating some of your flex points - they say that people who eat some/all of their flex points seem to loose at a faster rate than those who only eat their required points. I never understood that, but oh well.

Congrats on the position and well-earned.

The points thing confuses me but if it gets ya in lower sizes it must be a good thing.
 
wow thats so cool finding the old photos.

my mum left most of ours outside in a shed that got wet and they were ruined. My father burnt his in a fit of rage after the divorce.

As a troubled teen i took heaps of the photos so now im pretty much the only one with any older photos in my family. One day i plan to scan them all and put them on DVD so the rest of the family can share the fun :)
 
I love old pics...I'm going to get these slides made into negatives so I can get large reprints made.


So, today's the weigh-in day. Wish me luck. :cool:

I count points too. No, I'm happy about the almost lb I lost, but still bummed at the 1.5 lbs I gained over Christmas. :eek: Oh well, it'll be gone next week, right???

I was not so happy about losing only a 1lb but after thinking
all the bad foods I put away new years eve geeesh no wonder lol!

Oops. My post was confusing. I don't count those food points. I count every zero point something or other pound or kilo that I lose.
 
Alright, the day's over, and I refuse to eat anymore. So here's the totals...

Points eaten: 28/22
Activity points earned: 2
So, 4 flex points used, leaving me with 27.4 flex for the week.

So that's about 1400 calories, give or take.
 
DQ--I'm up about 12 since last month though I know a ton of that is salt, but I have 3 weeks of hard work to take it back off minnimum. The thing is now, I'm ba-ack.
