Oh Amy, that's funny, but not. I know people here who desperately need to lose weight; they are quite a bit bigger than I am/was. I want to shake them and yell. But obviously they are not ready. Not that they don't care, but they're not ready. I guess that's how my family felt about me. :rolleyes:

Down .6 today, for my official weigh in. In weight watchers, you're first goal is to lose 10% of your start weight. I joined after I had already lost 5 lbs, so my 10% was 19.5 lbs...and I've done it! So my next goal is to be at 165 by Christmas. Cant' wait to take those sexy Christmas pics....and for my family (and the ex's family) to see me when they arrive in town!!!!
 
Great job! I do WW on my own. But those weigh in's really help. I felt like I was going to the teacher to get my grade so I tried real hard to lose all week! Have a great Monday. I would love to have your peppered steak recipe. Did you already post it?
 
A boot-camp forum sounds awesome! I need that so bad. I can't stand to be yelled at in real life, but here? Definitely!!

Agreed and that's not my demeanor either but I can tell it the way it is without pulling punches and never raises my voice one octave.

My ex was a yeller, talk about not being missed....
 
Haha...isn't it nice to see people that don't get along with you/that you have a spat with have to look twice and stare with their mouths open?! haha, I can't wait.....**evil smile**

SNOW!! :eek: :D Ooooh, I'd be straight out in it! I'm SUCH a big kid when it comes to snow. Even if I'm indoors I love looking out at it. :D

Anyway, glad to see you're getting on ok. :)
 
Good workout today! 10 minutes on the treadmill, 10 on the bike, and 16.5 minutes on the elliptical. I also did my 200 sit-ups, and lifted a few weights:D
