Heya's Dari,
I hear ya trying to exersice with the kiddies,
I a weird exersice machine I found at goodwill in my bedroom and my
crunch roller thingy and my basement has the eliptical, gazelle,mini
trampoline so I rotate upstairs downstairs when I can't walk even with
daycare I have a gym phobia lol! You still have the amazing sit ups
you do that I know have to be doing justice! Have a gr8 Night Tammy:D
 
Hiya DQ!! I'm sure the fam wouldn't mind no couch. Nothing more snuggly on a cold day than curling up with a blanket on the elliptical..lol

I can relate to your exercise dilema. I am glad we don't have that kind of snow yet though. You're doing great DQ, I'm sure you'll get past this hurdle. Keep up the good work :)
 
ahh poor DQ, i know what ya mean about space!
Most exercise equipment is either HUGE or its crap quality :/

Maybe its time to get one of those mini peddle bike things so you can cycle whilst on the computer, or those mini stepper machines for whenever you're in the kitchen etc

For my exercise today, I'm off to shovel the 2 inches of crap that landed in my huge driveway last night...
 
LOL! Yes, the white stuff :p It wasn't as bad as I thought...just a long snowdrift...only took 15 minutes to shovel out instead of the usual 30. :rolleyes:
 
Maybe replacing the couch with an exercise piece of equipment wouldnt be so bad...LOL...My place is really cramped...the bike is old and kinda big and takes of alot of room, room I dont have...I just kinda squeeze it in behing the couch...however I use it some of my Yoga stretches and to hang my clothes on while puiitng them away...LOL...so far it has been earning its keep...I also have a ball and an ab roller adn i just finally made a little corner for them...you see my prob is my youngest has most of the living with her toys, she doesnt have her own room, we share one...
 
Hi girl! I hear ya about the no room for exercise equpiment! My apartment is tiny so it's hopeless...argh! But as for the snow, we've been getting it off and on, nothing too bad yet but I KNOW it's on it's way to stay soon and i'm not looking forward to it at all!!

Well, I was such a little rebel today...I had 5 peanut M&M's. :D And I made it to the gym. I love that feeling!

Mini Sears catalogue came the other day; I leafed through it today, and they have treadmills and ellipticals on sale! The elliptical is smaller than the one I'm using...it might even fit into the living room. And the treadmills are the folding kind. I'm debating asking for money for Christmas so I can buy one...

sampling 1 bite of stuff I make for the kids like mac and cheese
