I did enjoy my walk thoroughly, thanks everyone! I just feel bad for my kids, they were sooo tired when we finally got home. :(

Today I'm going to be super busy all day, so at least I won't have the opportunity to be snacking all day. Unfortunately, we're preparing for the Fall Supper one of the local churches puts on. I help every year. Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, perogies, meatballs, gravy, buns. OMG! I'm going to eat super healthy all day so I can have supper there when I'm done serving, and I've decided to not worry about the calories in each...my plan is to serve my dinner on a desert plate, and not go back for seconds. I'm also going to skip desert:D

Your doing gr8 so far! That's an awesome idael for when I have to eat
at my mother in laws for the holiday small desert plate and no 2nds!
I am going there Sunday also but taking my own food unless she has
chciken breast!

Well, I ate a little more than I wanted...but I ate slow, and stopped when I was full. And NO dessert! And I can't tell you how many times I climbed up and down the flight of stairs to the Community Hall:rolleyes: I'm going to do my workout right away to burn off some gravy. :D
 
Now we're back in the eighties...1980 to be exact...I'm watching me some Empire Strikes Back. Gotta love those Jedi knights:D

I don't think you did bad at all! Empire strikes back lol
my hubby is a star wars freak we have the triology and
the new ones which I personally like how they show how
dark vader became dark vader! Indian Jones is another
fave of mine and on the website they are actually filming
the 4th 1 and it states Harrison Ford is like 62 and wants
the part! So I guess we'll have to see!
