Actually, I was thinking of making a pita pizza for me to take for lunch, so maybe I'll make a couple for everyone to try.

I don't know what's going on, but I'm down another1/2 lb!:eek: It's amazing; how much crap and in what quantities did I eat before that I can lose weight without any exercise now? I seriously should have kept a food journal for a while before I started this...

Congrats on losing 1/2 lb you are on a roll what's your secret???
I fell off for a couple day's but will be back on track Monday and hopefully
lose like crazy like you are!
That pizza sounds so darn yummy I am gonna add that to my lunch
what kind of healthy pita bread do you use and is there a healthy pizza sauce?
I was wondering how to make my own healthy pizza?

Tammy, I use whole wheat pitas; I can't remember how many calories, but they are only 1 WW point, and they get nice and crispy. I use regular tomato sauce, but just a little, and I finely slice tomatoes on it too. Just a little bit of cooked chickena nd lowfat cheese. Yummy!
 
Pita crisp pizza rocks !! I love those !! I use Hunt's tomato sauce and sprinkle cheese to reduce sugar and fat. I could eat a gazillion of those lil suckers !!

How coincidental, I've been considering the pita pizza. Bought all the stuff the other day but hadn't gotten around to it yet. My daughter and I had planned to make them for dinner.
 
Thanks for stopping by everyone! I got no exercise this weekend :( (except for putting the heavy tables away at the end). My weigh-in tomorrow will be terrible, I know it. But I plan to kick butt after that. I'm going to burn about a thousand calories cleaning for company, and we are re-arranging my living room, etc.

hey dq, well my fingers will be crossed for ya for tomorrow. Hopefully your weigh in won't be as bad as you think it'll be. And then again, if it is, you can always take out your frustration cleaning :D
 
Just thought I would stop in on ya and see how you were going. I hope your weigh in is better than you expect.
 
My weigh-in tomorrow will be terrible, I know it. But I plan to kick butt after that.

That's the attitude girl!! Hopefullt you'll be pleasently surprised on your weigh in, an if not it doesn't matter all that much you'll make up for it this week!!!
