at home tatts on my arm that I did myself at 14 and regret now I
wish it was atleast a picture of something but NOOOO I have my initials
lol like I dont know them and OZZY anarchy symbol and slayer.

Slayer hey my x wold be all over you...hahahaha...I didcrappy at home initials myself also when I was abt that age, on my hand of all places and of my x best friends initials...*GAG*...I finally covered it up wiht a proffessional tatty...stars with my children and myselfs initials...

Well, I've realized how far I've come...just got off the phone with the ex. What a butt-head. I'm so glad I finally got rid of him.. Anyway, I'm quite down now, and I thought to myself, "Do I want chocolate? Ice cream?" And my first reaction was "no, I want to go for a loooong walk and burn off this anger"

So I guess that's my non-scale victory for today...the first time I've realized that I'm turning to exercise instead of food. Yay me!
 
Woohoo! That's wonderful! My supper's currently cooking... getting very hungry but instead of compulsively snacking... i want to go for a walk. Isn't that crazy!!
