I have a goal. Something I would like to do that will require me losing a lot of weight. I mentioned before that I would like to lose all this extra baggage by my 40th birthday. That's still the case. I have a goal starting in the summer before my 40th birthday and continuing for 4 years and that is walking the Appalachian Trail:

man im so jelous of all the pants sizes :/

Takes ages to get between sizes in the larger one but less weight between the smaller ones i think.
Ive lost HEAPS and only lost 3 dress sizes hehe. Slow but sure though :)
 
Dari, congrats, that is so awesome!! You should've posted and ad for lender smaller sizes! I have multiple bins full of size 14s (mostly summer stuff though) that I really hope to fit back into very soon! I missed my cute summer clothes this past summer.

You should be so proud of yourself, that's terrific!! Keep up the good work!

I am LOVING my new clothes! I actually want to get more, but I'm determined to be a 12 before Christmas, so I'm not wasting any money:)

I have had too many bad things in the last few days. I actually used up all my flex points and went a little over:eek: We were supposed to buy skim millk yesterday and forgot, so it was 2% for supper, then she only had real butter for the popcorn. I just used a tiny bit for flavor, but it was a tiny bit too much. I'm determined to stay on track this week, so I go down again.

I am so glad for you! I'm also on WW and somtimes it is so hard not to go over! It's the little things that get me. Like, butter, sour cream, gravy, ect. I guess you get my point. Hey , I discovered this jam called 50/50, it is less than 1 pt. for 1 tbs. Imake toast and don't use butter, and put that on for a sweet treat that is low pts. Maybe you might like some? Just an idea. It helps me out!! Good luck to you!!
 
Thanks Mechelle. Yeah, I'll have to check out the fruit spreads that are just pure fruit. I was only a little bad today; I had 2 Timbits:eek: I'm going to work them off on the elliptical though...it was worth it. :D

Thanks for the peanut butter tip Tammy; I don't know if they sell that brand up here though. I'll have to check out the spreads...


So, I've started fresh this week. The 2 Timbits were my only bad thing today (well, next to my daily pepsi:eek: ). I plan to do the same tomorrow. I am craving something fattening so bad right now...I should just go to bed.
 
Forgot to mention...

I borrowed a baby carrier thing (like a backpack you wear in the front), and took my babe for a walk yesterday. He weighs the exact same amount that I have lost. By the time I got home, my feet and legs ached, not to mention my back. I guess I have lost quite a bit so far:D I can't wait until I'm another 13 lbs lighter!

I was thinkin of a backpack with the weight and go for a ride/walk/something just for old times sake :D
