I treated myself today...unfortunately, the reward was food (bad me!) but oh, so yummy. My mom took me shopping, something she has been wanting to for years. I never went because I hate trying on clothes, they never fit, look nice, etc. So we went to Penningtons' and they have a side for "younger" chubby people :D , and she bought me a sweater, 2 shirts, 2 camisols, a vest, and 3 pairs of jeans! I went a little overboard on the jeans because I now fit a size 14!!!!!!! I'm so excited! I'm off to do the elliptical to work off my yucky (yummy) lunch. :)
 
Oh, it was so much fun. I haven't been in a 14 for about 6 years. And that was only briefly:eek: I just wish my mom hadn't spent so much money, because I hope to be out of them by Christmas:D
 
So awesome Dari a "14" and I was gloating over my 16's! Lol I tried
to squeeze into a 14 and NOWAY not even with crisco and a fork!
Another 20 lbs I should be able to! Just think a 12 is around the corner
then the perfect 10! You are so there your doing awesome! I am
jealous over the elipitical thing I don't know how to make my legs
tollerate it! Dont feel bad for food reward sometimes you crave something
(I do) and it doesn't hurt to treat yourself once in a while with something
just as long as it don't turn out to be an everyday thing and you add a
little longer on exersices and you dont feel as bad and it doesnt show
up on the scale! Well thats what I do I want KFC so bad it's driving
me nuttts that darn 99 cent sandwhitch with cheese they show every 10
minutes so I might have that for luch on my hope to be guilt free

Wow a 14, congrats! I haven't been a 14 since Jr. High school :p Right now I'm shooting for those super tight 26s in the back of the closet. Keep up the great work!
 
Hey lady, a size 14??? Add me to the jealous list:D Your shopping trip sounded like a lot of fun, don't it feel great to zip up a pair of smaller jeans, its like majic!!!!!! keep on keepin on woman your kickin butt and taken names!!! STAR

Don't worry about your new clothes---when you don't fit them anymore just donate them to charity and use them as a tax right-off!
 
Hi DQ!! It's good to buy clothes that fit as those numbers go down the scale!!! Just the other day I went "window shopping", and tried on clothes just to see where I was, and it was very encouraging. You have to have clothes that fit, otherwise, they'll slide off!!:eek: Hope you are having an awesome weekend. Thanks for stopping by my diary!!
