Afternoon DQ!
You do look to be doing very well!
Look at those goals that you have alined yourself!
Good job! You have a plan and that my dear is awesome.
Keep up the great work!

Yep! I usually walk bout 1.5-2 miles a day with the kids, and if they are with their dad or whatever, I get about 4 miles in. I love it, and would love to stay out longer when I can!:)

Way to go DQ - I love you goals for the week! You will accomplish that and so much more!! You are making some man very happy LOL - cleaning, stepping, cycling and stripping 3 times a week  ...... just kidding! Keep up the great work!!! :D

GOod job with the walking girlie..funny enough i love going to the gym but i'm so lazy to go out and walk ahh maybe someday :)
Good to see you're doing awesome :)

Walkings great - I have to walk the dog, but I love the chance to take out time for my self and walk further - walkings great exercise, and helps clear the mind!

You're right Paul, it sure clears the head. I didn't get to go yesterday (just took the kids for a short one), and I sure notice the lack in my whole well-being:(

Well, yesterday sucked big time:eek:

Breakfast: granola bar 3pts
Lunch: homemade chicken noodle soup, 2 crackers, pepsi 5.5pts
Snack: Sun-Rype fruit to go bar 1pt
Supper: 1.5 turkey dogs with ketchup, 1.5 coolers, 2 marshmallows 11.5pts

Total: 21/24pts I should have had another healthy snack and maybe some fruit juice or milk.

The problem was, I didn't snack so well, we had supper very late, I had coolers:eek: , and I didn't get any good exercise in. Oh well, today is a new day!

wow congrats to your menue! Turkey dogs? do they taste good and are they made better than regular hotdogs?
I used to love the hotdog until I had to watch 48 hours and blah!Same with ground beef!I had ground turkey before that was yummy I made tacos out of it.Let know me about the turkey dogs.
That sucks when you don't get to walk what you want do to weather ect!I look fordward to my walks!Tammy:)

Well Tammy, I don't know about calories, but a regular hot dog is 5 points, and a regular turkey dog is 3 points (fat free is 1 point). I haven't tried the fat-free ones yet, but these were sooooo yummy! They tasted the same as regular ones, with a hint of spiciness! So good!:)

DQ i love turkey dogs, they tast the same with out as much guilt!!! You are doing toaly Awsome, keep up the fantastic work girl:D

Hey chickie! Way to go with racking up those activity points! mmmmmmmmm smore's! I'm drooling and I'm not even heading to the campsite! I'm waiting for directions! :D

Do enjoy!

WOW! I had the same question! I have seen diced ham, ham spread and regular ham, but never flaked ham.

You are doing great on your goals and your points (food and activity)!! I LOVE the way you got a smore in there - way to go!!! :D

Flaked ham comes in a can (like tuna)...it honestly looks like cat food until you mix it up with a little miracle whip. I get a craving for it once or twice a year. I really can't believe I eat the stuff, but I was sort of good-I got the lower sodium one:D

Only 1.5 lbs gone this week; better than nothing. It's because I haven't gotten as much excercise in as I need. I hope to pick it up this week, because the next week I'm going out of town...

I get to go on a holiday! I'm so excited, but scared too. I'm driving my 2 kids out to Kamloops, BC to visit my mom. We're stopping in Edmonton to visit the ex's brother, and somewhere else to visit my grandpa. It's about a 20 hour trip altogether, that will be broken into 3 travel days. Pretty long with a 4year old and a 2month old:eek:

I'm scared because I don't drive in the city. My town that I grew up in is so small, we don't have a single street light. I drove one weekend in Saskatoon, but I'm familiar with that place, and I was nervous anyway. I get in a panic with all the cars around me, and trying to watch the lights, and look out for pedestrians. EEEEK! Now I have to drive through Prince Albert, Edmonton, Lloydminster, North Battleford, and Kamloops. I'm terrified, actually. Now's the time I wish I had a boyfriend to make the trip with me:eek:
