You're right Paul, it sure clears the head. I didn't get to go yesterday (just took the kids for a short one), and I sure notice the lack in my whole well-being
Well, yesterday sucked big time
Breakfast: granola bar 3pts
Lunch: homemade chicken noodle soup, 2 crackers, pepsi 5.5pts
Snack: Sun-Rype fruit to go bar 1pt
Supper: 1.5 turkey dogs with ketchup, 1.5 coolers, 2 marshmallows 11.5pts
Total: 21/24pts I should have had another healthy snack and maybe some fruit juice or milk.
The problem was, I didn't snack so well, we had supper very late, I had coolers

, and I didn't get any good exercise in. Oh well, today is a new day!
