Woo hoo! Spring Flinging away the pounds starts today! I need this challenge; I've been hovering around 150 for almost a month.
 
Hello there dariqueen. Just dropping in to say hello to a fellow spring flinger.
 
Just wanted to say hi dari and I hope
you had a good weekend - our weather has been great with exceptions to this morning - how has yours been ???
 
Thanks to all you Flingers who stopped in!

I'm going to have to step up on my daily goals again; the monthly ones aren't cutting it. I did NO snacking after 7 pm last night. I'm going to do it again tonight. Also, I'm cutting back to one diet pop a day. It's been slowly taking the place of my water, and I hope that's the only reason the scale still isn't budging. So one bottle slowly throughout the day like I used to, and lots of water.

I'll be around tonight; I'm taking the kids to the next town (two hours there, two back) to pick up the ex. He hasn't seen them for a month, so I said we'd go get him. Then I have an excuse to hit Wal-mart too. :D

Cerella, the weather sucks. We had one day of a spring melt, but then we had a windy blizzard and got another 2 inches of snow. It hasn't been above 0 in a week. :(
 
wow, that sucks about the weather! Its been really nice here, but i think we are "supposed" to get snow on wednesday..YUCK!

Hey, any excuse to get to walmart is a great one! lol, I hope you have fun! Theres a necklace there I want, if you'll pick it up for me, lol ;)

I bet these new goals will help ya out!! I hope you have a great day Dari!!
 
Hey Dari, I know from seeing you how great you are doing. I know we didn't make the best food choices while you were here, but well, it was very good for me to have you here! It was the motivation I needed. I forgot to tell you that D commented on how good you look. Should I be worried??? LOL, HANDS OFF! I am on my way to hot too! Thanks for your help.

Sorry about the crappy weather,it really makes it so hard to get out and do things,It was 40 today and tomorrw 40's and dropping for the high and 20's at night what the heck happened what a major change!

Pretty cool post. That's awesome to read someone on here is helping to inspire in 3D.

Not to worry Shanna, as I posted on the weight loss tip thread, any choice to eat unhealthily was totally mine, and I actually made it willingly. Besides, that meal you made was healthy and delicious.

And tell D. thanks.:eek: :D


Yes Randy, I have several friends and a few family members who are on this journey as well. We all have ups and downs, but we're trying.

Well that really does suck - LOL - I woke up to snow yesturday mornign it was crazy...and then as soon as I was hal way across a bridge the snow stopped and I had to put on my shades gotta love good ole BC weather - LOL

I hope your weather improves!!!

Hows your sister been ???
 
Chelsea's doing ok I think. A bit of a rough patch right now, but hopefully the weightloss is still ongoing. I'm trying to bribe her and Shanna to keep going with gift certificates to my little scrapbook store. They both love to buy supplies. LOL!

Well, we've hit a new low. -20. Celcius. F*** it's APRIL Where is my Spring walking weather?
 
We thoght the same thign when we woke up to snow Dari - but it usually snows around mine and my aunts bday's LOL...

Your sister will pervail she always does - she is one tough cookie and I dunno how the hell she does it with 3 - I can barely do it with two - she is somethign else :D:D:D

On a new front (pardon the pun), but I've started a boring blog. :D Bathing suit picture available. Oy, the rolls. But I can see where I'm headed finally. :) I've added the link to my signature.
