Here I will track my progress. I will be posting pictures of my pathetic body and you will see if transform into a masterpiece. I know what I want and I am going for it.
Just got into the gym this week properly and took these pictures today after one week of working out. My main focus is going to be weights for now, but I also do cardio 5-6 days a week (Tredmill running).
Well, here goes. Be brutal with your comments as I know I have a long long way to go. I can take it
