Hola!

My name is Daniel and this is my adventure to lose some weight and become more healthy/fit. I am 19 years old and am a sophomore in college. I used to be pretty fit back when I was involved in sports in high school, but that was changed with a bad knee injury. I have gotten to used to chilling on the couch all day and playin on the computer. I am also IN LOVE with food. I love all flavors and experimenting with cooking. I don't however cook the healthiest things. Also, along with every other college student :p, love to drink which might make things more difficult.

I haven't really dieted in the past, so I'm sure I'm going to need help through all of this. Hopefully this will keep me from cheating (as much) and keep me motivated. I plan to be very active around the forums and can't wait to talk to you all.

Still getting used to new school today

woke up early and went for a short jog ~2 miles

found the cross country course and it was amazing, but very confusing. i have a feeling ill be getting to know it pretty well over the next year or so. i felt very good on the run, but just dont want to start too fast and burn out

wasnt hungry in the mourning and skipped breakfast, found one of the eating areas and had an AMAZING salad. looking through all the other a la carte places here i decided it isnt going to be too hard to find healthy stuff that actually looks good on campus which is a great thing for me

was very dehydrated the last few days and i think im finally doing good on that which is a relief

i plan on going on another short run tonight in the city so i can check it out some more. strangely not that hungry so probably no dinner either

decided my 'official' weight checks and updates should be monday. it will help me get through the tougher weekends without cheating

thinking about taking a few full body pics for begining reference, but cant convince myself to do it
