ComparisonOct-Dec.jpg

Here is a comparison shot from the past month and some change. the 23 pound drop has been over 39 days-ish.

Started with a personal trainer today. Going to be able to measure my results more accurately now.

yeah its a small one, but noticiable.

My hands, wrists, calves, inner thighs, and back rolls are noticeably receding. the bloated look on my belly is going as well

I also stepped on the scale today before my work out.. i was at 370 lbs....

This is so exciting!!!!

The goal is 325 by march 1st. I will not fail at this =)

I am the change i wish to see in the world!!!!

I get really sick from vitamins but one day I took one of my kid's Flintstones and it didn't bother me at all. I've been taking them for a few months and my skin, nails and hair all look significantly better! I know that they don't have enough calcium but they do contain almost all the same amounts as Centrum for everything else.

Good luck to you and keep it up!

Lookin good Daniel..can definitely tell a difference in the belly, chest and face. Have you felt like your usual workout routine has become any easier? Doing any weight training? Keep at it and you will reach your goal by March, no doubt.

My usual work out routine hasn't felt like its become easier because I don't do the same work out 2 days in a row. My work out starts with a 20 or 25 minute session on the treadmill. For the first mile i walk at a fast 3.2 mph. which is the pace i can maintain just before a light jog. every half lap i speed it up to 5.0 mph and jog until the next lap starts. How i push my self is if the jog part is feeling easy i bump the speed up .2 As of today my jog speed was 5.3. which allowed me to complete a mile in 15:35. when i started this in october my pace was 2.8mph/3.5mph and a 26 minute mile. So I have made some progress. I do some weight lifting and i mix it up between machines and free weights. I had a few personal trainer sessions that got me on the right path when it comes to doing those. I also do core exercises before weight lifting.. I don't know what to call them other then crunches, but there is like 8 different types i do.

Just got back from the gym and I feel great. I'm so excited about reaching that 350 mark and below. (which if you didn't know is the 2nd to last click on a weight scale) Once i'm able to slide that bad boy to the left and be at 300+ I'll be ecstatic.

Almost cut your mile time in half..thats great! Free weights and machines together are the best way to go also. Looking forward to see you meet your goals and progress those mile times.

light jog!!!!

great job Daniel...you really motivate me...I love that you are jogging lightly...somebody told me that at my size, i shouldn't try to jog but this is something that I really want to be able to do...you have really inspired me...Muah! keep it up!

Only you know your bodies limits and even then you can push your self harder.

When i first started this the guys at golds gym told me to take it easy. But that isn't how i do things. People look at me and all they see is a fat guy. The way i weight trained and exercised in highschool was high intensity so i was ready to feel that again. Haven't looked back =)

You can do it! you have to find that drive inside your self. that "on" switch so to speak. Once it is flipped you'll wonder why you hadn't figured it out earlier. Remember its never to late to start either.

I can't wait to get my endurance up. My goal is to be able to do a 5k by spring time.
