I am cutting right now but it seems that as of today (for a month), i cant go to the gym due to my parents. I am grounded from the gym.
. So I wanted to know if their was anything I could do at home..would doing push ups and sit ups help at all? ..I'll still be eating 200 under my maintenance and doing cardio twice a week.
P.S - Do you think it'd be worth buying some dumbbells so I can work out at home?...due to my income, dumbbells are pretty much all i can buy.
