Over the past two years, I have lost a ton of weight. Going from 274 pounds to 184 at my lowest. Most of my excercise came through the outdoors and biking. Since this winter, I have gained almost 30 pounds already, and going up extremely fast! I have not been making any efforts to control my eating and 0 exercise!
I used one of these diaries on this website a year or two ago which helped a great deal. I really just need to get back into a healthy lifestyle because I know more than most people how uncomfortable it is not to be!
I'm up to 220 pounds right now. My short term goal is to get down to 210, and long term is to get to 285 again. I will be eating mindfully 300 calories every 3 hours, eating a variety of foods, and going to start out with just taking my dog to the dog park for an hour each 3-5 times a week. Because shes getting fat from the winter too
Anyway, off to the dog park. I'll try to update this as often as I can.
