Ive been lifting seriously for about 6 months now, 5 days a week i do 4 sets of 8-12 depending on what i do per muscle group, alternating push days and pull days, max weight i can handle and about 30 minutes of cardio. I way about 175-180 lbs, about 6'1". I've lost about 30 pounds from when i started and ive gained some muscle mass. Right now im taking creatine but after this month of creatine im thinking about cutting. My question is, if i start cutting, will i lose any of the muscle mass i have gained from training? I have a pretty good diet, i stay away from fast foods, mornings i have 4 eggs (whites), oatmeal and fruit, lunch i have tuna or chicken with a protein shake, dinner i have meat/vegetables and try to stay away from carbs after lunch. Anyone have any guides to cutting or can somone link me one? all help appreciated, thanks.
