"cutting"????

I see many saying, "cutting", "cuts"......while describing their work outs and results, what exactly does these words mean :confused:

someone please enlighten me on this:eek:
 
Cutting is the art of losing weight, focusing on cutting fat over just plain old weight.

Bulking is the art of putting on weight, while lean bulking is trying to put on as little fat and as much muscle as possible.
 
yeah, cutting is more about getting defined.. defined is defined muscles.. muscles that are highly visible because the low ammount of fat around them :)
