Could someone see if this routine is good for cutting and increasing strength and explosivness?
Day 1.3.5
Dumbell Curls 5X5
Military Press 5X5
Bench Press 5X5
Lateral Pull Downs 5X5
Squats 5X5
Deadlifts 5X5
Dumbell Lunges
I also do some skiping and footwork conditionings.
My goal: Cutting while maintaining my muscle and developing speed,strength,explosivness for bball.
Is that workout good?..or should i just completely change it.
