cutting progress

ive been cutting for about 4 weeks now but progress as been slow due to the fact i fell of my daughters trampoline pulling my hamstring lol.Im down to 180lbs now (7lb loss)just wondering if u guys have any opinions on how im progressing. Still doing fbw three times a week and just got back into hiit after the trampoline incident. Cheers.

yeah u do look a lot more better, espescially around the chest and shoulders. keep it up!
