I figure the summer will be the easiest time for me to watch my meals and am going to try to cut some weight now. I haven't got as big as I want to but I feel like it is time to switch stuff up, and I've always be around or above 15% bf so I just wanna see what I would look like down around 10%bf.
For weights I am going to do what I was doing for bulking but 3x12 instead of 3x8 (i really need that for endurance) and then I am going to try and do cardio 5x a week for about 45 minutes or so. I have a few questions.
1. I rembember hearing something like losing 1%bf a week is a good goal, does this seem reasonable?
2. Also how much of a calorie deficit should I have? (calculators say I should get around 3500 a day).
3. What is the prime target heartrate for burning fat?
4. And should I stop taking creatine for trying to cut?
