Okay so starting off...
I'm doing a set of weight loss exercises and I've gotten stronger but I keep craving sugar and binging on candy. My diet sucks because of this...
So I was hoping if I had a journal I could get some help with this binging. The sad thing is, it doesn't make me feel happy. I feel terrible after I binge and I'm sure if I can just quit I'll drop a few poounds for sure but it's so hard. Maybe the lovely people can help me out to stay motivated to not binge?
