Working away from desk today
Hi y'all!!!

{/Britney Spears} <---------
On lunch, today I won't have much time to visit but I want to update because
yesterday I had a FANTASTIC, GOAL-REACHIN' DAY!!!!
Stacy: I have always been highly allergic to all sorts of things. Eating less processed foods, dairy, and refined wheat seems to help me, as well as getting OLDER!
Karl: Oh I'm sorry! I didn't mean to shame you

I figured that you thought "Ah, Valerie's doing fine, I need to visit people who need my help!"
Mo, you're not a dork!

Yes, Trops even said that he had a good feeling about PZ. PZ is always saying, "we should to to THIS festival together" and the festivals are months in advance

. It's as if he assumes we'll still be dating. I think that's cool. My first reaction is doubt; then I think, well, WHY would we break up, things are great?

Still, I'm jaded and recovering from Post Traumatic Relationship Syndrome and a general "good things never last" attitude. Rest assured, my attitude is going from that to "better things come up all the time"!
G: I'm always aiming for better fitness, the problem lies "in which area?" I'm sort of stuck in between deciding what I want to go with: being a faster runner--being a better Yogi--becoming good at rock climbing--or being a better belly dancer. I feel like if I have my fingers in too many pies (sounds suggestive but I DO NOT like girls

) then I'll only be mediocre at them all. But here's my conclusion:
--There is no rush with being a better Yogi. It takes years, and I only started regularly doing Yoga in September
--I don't love BD enough to do it everyday. However, I have my Beginner's Intensive 7 week course with Crystal Silmi that starts Monday the 2nd of March, and is every Monday until April to improve my skills. I'll also be taking Rebekah's class on Tuesdays, so maybe having 2 classes a week will inspire me!
--It's not running season yet, and so far I haven't signed up for a single race. I might not race as much this year as last (Did around 6 races last year, kinda burned out and feeling like I'm getting slower).
--Whether I like climbing or not, I have a 6 month membership and an expert at my side (Chris) to make me climb, anyway, at least once a week.
Can ya feel me? Pie Fingers!
Anke: Firm wet sand, yes. There is a short bout where I go from the parking lot to the waterfront and I'm tip-toe running in soft sand. I never stop running. It's an ego-thing. By all means! Run on your own! I never had a running club
