I am
145.5 lbs this morning. This is not too cool but it's great that it's no more than that! I finally slept in my own bed tonight! I mean last night, you get my drift--good sleep, too, so I'm well rested today.
I didn't start tracking my calories yesterday because my fatigue drove me to overeat again--however, I kickboxed very hard, and had Delana's Yoga 2 class, and my tummy was in tip top shape afterward. Meaning it had digested and been twisted and stretched out from the exercise and Yoga. Yoga truly "massages" the digestive track, I SWEAR this helps appetite.
Anyway, on my way home I stopped by the Long Term Fuck Buddy's house, and I hadn't fucked HIM since the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. He was cute and pleasant as always (jeezus he has such an adorable baby face!) but seemed slightly shocked that I wasn't jumping into his lap or kissing him or trying to stay the night like I usually do. He asked how I've been and for some reason I couldn't wax eloquent about my budding romance with Peezey. There was plenty more to talk about, though. And I figured out why he hasn't been calling or anything: he's absolutely totally stressed with work, so much he's been
bringing work home on the weekends. Stressed out men DO NOT pay attention to their fuck buddies. I hugged him and told him not to kill himself over his work, and left. I plan on texting him "Merry Xmas" and occasionally emailing him to say whaddup, but with him, there's no real need for explanation as to why I'm not sleeping with him anymore. He never asks questions, anyway, and we've gone for weeks and months without seeing each other, until it's always
I who comes over and starts it up again.
On the other hand, I emailed the ex to see how he was doing, and he asked how I was doing, and I actually told him about Peezey. I'll spare you the details, but at one point he said "something in my reptilian brain still shorts out if i think of you with another man" but he also ended with "congrats on finding a good dude : )" so done, and done!
I stopped at the brewery on the way home and had a couple pints and a Caesar salad, and it happened to be Open Mic Night. However, this is a mountain town, Boulder Creek we're talking about--so there was no microphone, and just a bunch of bearded men in flannel playing guitar, harmonica, Banjo, etc., with a bunch of other kids, including the token Rasta guy of our town and another dready individual, hanging out. I have never seen the Brewery so packed on a week night! Good times!
Anyway I'm about to put together a physical notebook to track my calories. I plan on going to Yoga during lunchbreak today, and going to Peezey's for some fun play time

, and crashing at MY house tonight, to prepare for the Dubstep rave in San Francisco tomorrow night!
