It's my secret too! Funny, but I can tell a bunch of "online friends" who are scattered about the country, and globe for some," more than some friends that live right next door!! :)

I'm the SAMMMMMMME WAY!!! :iagree:....the fact that we get to know people INSIDE OUT, and not OUTSIDE IN!!! AMAZING!!! I think that has to do with a level of confidence, and the fact that they don't know you, don't judge you, are here for the same reasons, will only ENCOURAGE you to better yourself,....and MANNNNNNNN......soooo many more reasons!!! I'm sure a lot of people here feel the same way too!!!

Whoa OK 142.5 lbs this morning. I don't recall over-eating BUT I do recall NOT making real on my vow to stay away from sugary sweets and at Chris's, I ate some delicious chocolate covered dried strawberries :drool5: and 2 mochi ice cream adzuki bean balls. And fish sticks. At least I cleaned the fuck out of his room and organized his closet--we got a lot done, but only 35% of what needs to be done. Hmmm, I didn't track my calories but I just used a calculator and my best memory--seems like I had about 2550 calories yesterday, and my needs are about 2155--so about a 400 calorie surplus. This is assuming I do moderate exercise, and lately, yes, it has been moderate. The no-formal-exercise weekend, slight cold I was fighting (and WON without getting full blown sick :hurray:), and face peel that prevented heavy sweating for 2 days has made me less active.

No matter. Tonight is HIIT kickboxing and then Yoga 2-3--hopefully Delana will be there today. The sub Tuesday was nice, but like I said, I did NOT sweat and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga should make me sweat at least a little. I'll wait and see what tomorrow's number is before I update my signature.

I also need to step up my running! :leaving: The 10K is in 2 weeks and 22 hours! Here, let me devise and stick to a running program for the next two weeks:

ON POINT LIKE A DART GAME! :cheers2:

:grouphug: Oh, I'm feeling the love in here. :grouphug:

I with you on the keeping the forum a secret. I mean, I wouldn't mind if a few select people were here, but I tend to be a private person. I have mentioned it to two people, but one never check it out (she's way too busy) and the other signed up but hasn't been back since. Both people would be great here, but I guess this kind of medium isn't for everyone.

By the way, I have to admit that I never understood the idea of "online friends" before. Now I know frist hand how there can be real friendships with people that you have never met in person and most likely never will. Sing with me: "Kumbaya, my lord, kumbaya..." :grouphug:

how r u sweet thing?

:hug2: I'm good, I'm trying to decide on my new digital camera...thinking of the Canon EOS Digital Rebel XSi, suggested to me by my ex boyfriend's girlfriend. HAHA! She, he and I are damn good sports, maihn, I'm tellin ya! :hurray:

Geez! So much to read in your diary every day. I can't keep up!!!

:rotflmao: I'm a busy bunny  Hi Amy Beauty!

Totally! And the ex and his beezy met online and have never met and LOVE each other and have been dating for 5 months! LOL! PROOF, living proof right there! ;)

That's a nice camera. My sister has an XSi and loves it. My wife has the Nikon D80 and I like that a lot, too. I think that the Canon is a bit more user friendly. It takes some great shots.

yeah I know, the ex's girlfriend and I are contacts on a image hosting website--she has some amazing shots! Then again, so do I, but I didn't need a fancy camera to get them :D

To those who think white people can't dance:

White people vs. black people dancing. The consensus is usually in the latter's favor. But you see, here in the Bay Area (I'm very nostalgic today--I swear I'm moving to Oakland in the next few years) we do it a little different (mac Dre breaks it down at exactly 1:30 minutes ). There is more a sense of unity between the races. Black or white, anyone can "go dumb" and get hyphy, as you can see right here:

I want to be in a club RIGHT NOW

I don't know if you need your camera to do video along with it, but neither of those do that. I believe the Nikon D90 does. Of course you are paying more for that feature.

Hmmm I think it's the price! I'll ask her.....

Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

I got invited to a party. In a cave.

shake yourself silly in an underground chamber of bass and debauchery this friday night at _______. the cave, which was constructed during prohibition era, fits about 100 people plus there's gonna be all kinds of cool stuff outside and around the cave including live painting, fire pit, the moon, etc. We're going to be activating the "megalodon system of total bass destruction."

LOL--"the moon, etc."--oh yeah that's gonna be outside, too!

I like this one:

there will be kegs (something tasty), red bull from Thailand (contains real bull testosterone, if that's something you're into), and other special treats

Haha--other special treats??? :D

Ah, me! I'm going to leave early and go to bed.

Haha I emailed the ex and he said he's going, too (not WITH me!) We're all one big happy family, he and I going to the same parties and his girlfriend and I exchanging photography advice. Lawrd have mercy on us all!
