Bunny
Gender: Feminine
Usage: English
Pronounced: BUN-ee

Diminutive from BERENICE
Ancient Macedonian form of the Greek name ???????? (Pherenike), which meant "bringing victory" from ???? (phero) "to bring" and ???? (nike) "victory". This name was common among the Ptolemy ruling family of Egypt. It occurs briefly in Acts in the New Testament (in most English Bibles it is spelled Bernice) belonging to a sister of King Herod Agrippa II. As an English name, Berenice came into use after the Protestant Reformation.

Sheer googleweb mastery.

Bunny = Victory
Valerie = Valor, strength, POWER

ChickaBLAPS I've got it goin' ON!!! :D

I laughed :)

Good luck tomorrow. Win medals, ribbons and valuable cash prizes.

My work here is done.

Have fun at your 10K tomorrow. 7min pace is out of this world...that's fantastic. Hopefully you'll take first place in your age group!!

I'll be at a 10K as well but hanging back w/the 11min milers...who knows, maybe I push for a 10:30 mile...now I'm talking crazy!!! LOL

I bet you could do a 10:30 mm :D Why the hell not? PUSH YOURSELF!!! :smash: Sorry I'm like a drill Sargent. I went running with 2 of my girlfriends once, and suffered their taunting afterward for being too bossy and boot-camp-leaderesque :eek:

I just might place!!! :D MAYBE--look at last year's W 25-29:
1 Kim Bishop Minneapolis MN 27 65 39:48.0 39:56.0 0:07.9 6:25/M
2 Meghan Haswell Sacramento CA 29 76 40:11.3 40:20.0 0:08.7 6:29/M
3 Christina Bueno Roseville CA 28 163 43:02.8 43:36.0 0:33.1 6:56/M

My flatland 10K time was 42:52, but that was when I was 24 and I THINK I have gotten seconds slower--my last few 5Ks have been creeping up in time :( WE'LL SEE......if anything I probably will be in the top 5 women my age :) Maybe!

Phoenyx: Thanks beautiful! :hug2: BUNNY POWER!!!!!!!! :jump:

Rands: Thanks, I like to think I'm good at Googling. HAHA! Thanks for the well-wishing!

JZ: Ah, penises! Such great inventions :D Yes but it CAN slow the ol brain down, at times--not TOO often, of course! ;)

So the ex gave a recommendation for an Mp3 altering program called Audacity. It's free and it allows me to take 1-3 hour mp3 tracks of Dubstep mixes off forums like Barefiles, where people upload their mixes, and cut them up to fit on a regular old CD for my car :D The only hitch was I needed (and already had) an .rar extracter for the LAME (haha) plugin that allows me to export the cut up file back to an mp3 somewheres on my computer. The ex is a total nerd, I KNEW he'd be great for suggesting programs that I needed, and here's what I learned in addition (in case y'all don't already know):

"the BIG thing to remember with Audacity, the biggest most important thing that makes it worth using above other offerings, is it is Open Source.

WHENEVER you need a free program to do something ALWAYS go with the open source selections before you venture into the rest. it guarantees that the application is virus free, well tested and the code is available for review and modification by anybody. actually it doesn't guarantee that it will be virus free unless you download the source, review it yourself and compile it locally, BUT if there was an issue with it, it would be plastered all over the internet, as many people DO compile their own code (mostly those who want to make a modification to the program for their own purposes)"

Exes are good for something! Funny videos, beer recommendations, and file sharing--shit! Couldn't ask for more, I sure do like this "online friend" thing :D

So here at 5, I decided to go to Lisa's Yoga 1-2 Vinyasa class. I never had her as a teacher, just Michael, Delena, Kelly and Mangala, so I'm looking forward to it. In that manner it will take me almost 3 hours to get to the El Dorado Hills, but whatever! I'll show up at 9:30-10, and crash, then head to Sacramento for the race tomorrow morning. I carbo-loaded on accident today--ended up eating sushi AND pizza for lunch, hahaha! That's fine because I'll most likely not have a large dinner.

Everyone have a happy Thanksgiving if I didn't personally wish you one in your diary!!!!!!!

TG is awesome!!!

I SUCK as a runner though, compared to what I was :( :nopity:

7 out of 551 W 25-29

7:11 mm 44:36 for 6.2 miles

That might sound good, but for me, it SUCKS ASS :cry: The worst time, ever--one of the first races I have not placed.

BUT!!!!!!!!! My contribution to this run helped raise SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND DOALLARS for Sacramento Food Bank!!!!!!!!! :party: Hungry families who are in hard times are benefiting from this. I almost cried when I heard how much this race raised :grouphug:

So basically, I ran as fast as i could and I still did horribly compared to me at 24 years old. Um, hello HIIT :rolleyes:

HAPPY TG!!!!!!!!! I have to go eat dinner now! :D Love ya!
