Hi Val! Have you been missing me or something? Haha. I actually have been missing you, and this whole damn place. I don't think I'll disappear anymore. It sucks too much!
Hmm... sorry to hear you're dealing with so much "fucking crazy" shit. It's great that you're lending a hand to others, but don't lose sight of your own needs. You're important, remember!

It's YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trust me, I come first! But I'll do anything for my friends and family and that's the truth! Hope I see ya around more :)

24.5 miles

Last week I totaled 24.5 miles in running!

4 miles on Monday, then yoga, Kickboxing Tuesday, 8.5 miles on Wednesday (but it took me an hour and 17 minutes due to the elevation gain and forest floor), kickboxing Thursday, rest Friday, Saturday before the event I ran 5 miles on my road, and yesterday when I was chillin' in Oakland I ran around Lake Merritt twice (3.5 miles x 2 = 7) because I got confused and passed up the street I came from, then was like, fuck it I'll run it again :D

I feel great and there is no pain. The only thing is I had a hard time getting out of bed this morning. :nopity:

My only regrets:
I did not weight train last week :banghead:
I did not do any speed work (HIIT) :(

:party:I MET MY GOAL!!!!!! 143.0 lbs on Saturday morning.

I sure bled HARD on Friday to go from 147 to 143! :reddevil: I did however, eat whatever I wanted this weekend. That included ice cream, flat bread at the Mediterranean restaurant, bread and brie cheese, and BEER. I did not feel stuffed really, so I don't think I really over-ate--IF I over-ate, it was probably by 100-300 calories and not more. I should really start calorie-counting, I am SOOOO lazy :( Otherwise, I ate healthy salads, salmon, veggies, fruit, nuts, etc. all weekend, too :)

Your posts always look like a ransom letter to me lol. Lots of random caps and periods and smilies.

Keep up the good work!

Running is addictive. Very much so. I want to go running right now, actually.

The weekend was lovely, I had a great time in SF Sat night dancing to reggae at Club 6. Club 6 is on 6th st by Market and very close to the Tenderloin AND a really trashy, dirty neighborhood. My friend Trisha got her car broken into, but thankfully they didn't break a window, just got the lock up. Her $150 digital camera got stolen but that was it. I offered to help her get a new one. Sunday I had a good time at my buddy's house in Oakland in the Lakeshore area--he played soccer, I ran Lake Merritt a couple times.

Saturday was the tasting in San Jose, and there is a very nice picture of me and my friend Trisha below--I think I look pretty and slim. Usually I HATE the way my arms look in pictures, especially since arms are closer to the lens when one is turned slightly sideways, BUT I don't think my arm looks fat in this picture. Not really. My neck sure is scrawny--perfect for choking! :reddevil: LOL!!!

Mona Lisa with a Guinness--this was a painting in the Irish pub across the street from the restaurant :)

I found a picture of me at age 14!! My dad took this picture, I dyed my hair black for 4 years btw. Ozzwald, my dad's Staffordshire Bull terrier, is next to me--awww I LOVED him :beating: GAGSTA THEN, STILL GANGSTA NOW!!! :D

I love the Moanin Lisa w/the beer lol. I wish I had that when I changed my AV earlier.

You post here because you're my FRIEND :D :hug2: :beating: ;)

Yeah that must be it lol. I think it is weird that we can have 400 x 200 "tickers" in our sigs but I can't have an animated av because it is "distracting" bleh. Oh well. At least the people rock, so I guess I will hang around a bit.

Anticipation

:hurray:I'm leaving for Hawaii Friday morning!!!:hurray:

I have a lot of planning to do, but I have major objectives in mind with the trip:

First off, it's all about Emily. I want to make her birthday extra special as she is one of my best homegirls. Emily is blessed with a fantastic body, and is a cute little blond (5'4" I guess isn't that little but she's petite). I've always envied her abs, they are naturally very flat and she's NEVER really had a weight problem. She eats even better than I do, but she never deprives herself--she's very balanced. She loves yoga, too, and when we hang out, it's running, swimming, yoga, delicious healthy food, and relaxation to the max. She helps calm my hyphy ways and shows me new ways of cooking or baking.

That leads to my second objective: this vacation is not like the typical person's vacation. I plan on LOSING a pound or so, and devoting my time to exercise and fresh foods--Emily drinks, but she doesn't get hammered like lots of my other friends. And she adores exercise. I plan on:

eating lots of delicious fruits and fish
running as much as possible
swimming for hours
doing yoga nightly
meditating daily
getting tan :)

Hawaii is the perfect place for all of that. My main concern is getting to a place where there is enough ground for me to do hour + runs on decent terrain (i.e., natural terrain). I'll express my concerns to Emily early. This vacation is going to be a sort of Healthy Retreat from work and driving all over the damn place.

Ahhhhhhhhhh I can already feel the good vibes and the pregnant atmosphere that is Hawaii! (Biggie)

Hmmm and maybe I'll meet a hot guy(s) to mack on :reddevil:
