i'm sorry about the FB. why do people ask questions they really don't want to know the answer to? now that is masochistic :)
my bf in 8 years never asked that question. and i don't push hehehe

as for the ex...really sad. I had few friends who were forbidden to hang out with their exes for coffee and such. I could never forbid something like that. if he/she wants to cheat he/she'll do it anyway. sometimes coffee or a drink IS just coffee or a drink. the rest is common sense and respect someone has for the significant other IMO.

The ex F.B. sent me a semi-angry email this morning (or last night whatever) so I sent him a long and involved email stating exactly who and what I did when we were sleeping together, it's not as bad as he thinks and I wanted him to know that. Haha! It's brilliant, actually. I was reading it over and over and was completely entertained. My purpose was to show him that I am being 100% honest in being safe and accurate in numbers and incidents, because his email alluded to him getting the impression that I was unsafe and filth nasty. It made me realize how awkward casual sex usually is! Most of those experiences left something to be desired. Also, what a good memory I have!--names, birthdays, and details....and even a Brazilian Jujitsu gold medalist and a former male model in there! HA! :sifone: The list is short, actually, and I found out the number I gave him was slightly above the reality (when I stopped and thought about it: being on the spot got my facts mixed up).

I admitted that I never wanted to know what he did, and never wanted to tell him what I did, and said I was sorry that he wanted a different set-up. I apologized for not living up to his expectations of what an "open" relationship meant to him and I told him I'd leave him alone unless he wanted to contact me, reminding him what a sweetheart he is and how much fun I have with him. He knows Tantra! :coolgleamA: I shall miss him if he never calls, he is truly a darling cutie pie. I think the reason I'm not in love with him is because all his smarts is common sense (very cool) but he is not intellectually stimulating in the slightest (big turn off); he can't spell, write well, doesn't read, and has a remedial vocabulary. I'm not trying to be a snob, these things are just appealing to me in a man.

I got out of meeting up with the ex and the ex mom last night because my homeboy Alex wanted to have dinner with me, it was his birthday last Friday. We're very close, we've known each other for 9 years and he dated one of my best friends for 4 years. He moved to Pescadero, so he goes to SC sometimes and we have drinks and chat about how wonderful it is to be Leos ;) I told him about my boy trouble, he told me about his girl problems. Here's a picture of us a few months ago (I was 7 pounds heavier and I can see it in my face):

Wow. What a journal lol. I followed a link from Steve's diary in here and just felt pervy lurking around so I thought I would say hi.

Are you into bjj or was the gold medalist just a chance thing?

LOL I'm just a hedonist, is all, shucks *kicks rocks*

Brazilian Guy was my girl friend's boyfriend's gym buddy I met at a party. His English was pretty good considering he had only been in the US for 3 years. He is 2 years younger than me, and his body was rock hard, which I discovered I don't like. I NEED some fat on a guy, even if he's real skinny, SOME softness is more pleasant to me. Still, he gave me great pointers for "cutting": whole grain carbs in the morning, lean protein and veggies for lunch and dinner, no simple carbs or sugars, and stick to fish or chicken and salad at night. I disagreed with him saying salmon was too fatty, but he was mainly talking about cutting and not avoiding it all the time.

Cutting is F'd up. I have friends that fight and it is insane. One of them walks around at like 215-220. He cuts to fight in a 185 weight class. He will cut down to 185 the day before the fight and then get in the ring at 195-200 the next day. He pisses me off because I will be like "man I need to lose about 5-10 more lbs" he will be like "you wimp, I can lose 20 lbs in a day" he knows its a completely different thing but he just wants to sound tough.

LLH: Thank you, very interesting. I can't imagine running 14 miles yet, and especially not before a 10K race! What a savage! :coolgleamA: I really think yoga and free weights assist my running, but I have a half marathon in October and I better get my ass out there running more than the 5-7 miles I normally do! Problem is, I get bored after about 50 minutes. And I just washed and dried my iPod, breaking it. Booo!!! :cuss:

Figured I would respond to you in your diary :) When you say you get bored, why is that? Where do you run? I used to run around a highschool track w/my ipod and I never got bored because it was my "alone time" to reflect on my life, my goals, my "to do" lists, etc. I would download a few new songs a month and make new playlists for my runs.

I recently started running on trails and that has really made things more interesting. And, if you can find someone to run with even better. I find when I have a running buddy the time flies by so much faster. Just some ideas...

Word! Massive dehydration. I know all about it, I chat with MMA guys a lot. I was thinking of joining an MMA studio after my half marathon....

You should. I boxed for a while back in the day and did some Muay Thai and BJJ after that. Where I have the last several years though there is nowhere to go. I have some friends who train in Birmingham that I go goof off with every couple months but it is like 50 miles away so I cant go to often. You are in the Bay area though right? Tons of good places there.

Hi! :D

I get bored doing pretty much anything for over an hour  I'm sort of a stimulus-seeking, variety-loving, freaky crazy hyperactive person :D I have been running trails for a few years, and yes, the forest is the best place for me (sun out of my eyes, beautiful view, less people, great surface, clean air). I'm justing going to have to get a new iPod and make playlists that are long enough for me to know how far I'm going. Or get one of those thingys...

There ARE! Lots, even in Santa Cruz--I just pay $39 a month for my gym membership I've had at the same place since early 2003! I'm not ready to say goodbye to everyone there :angelsad2:

Also, I was thinking of joining a rock climbing gym in winter because I want to do some famous rocks in Yosemite.

And I'm VERY interested in boxing. I'm already a runner, and I have quick reflexes, but I'm a LOVER not a fighter! :Angel_anim: Fighting is my favorite sport, though--the more brutal, the more fascinating. :reddevil:

A woman after my own heart. Too bad I am married.......and 2000 miles away lol You should check out boxing. I still hit the heavy bag occasionally but I really miss hitting the mits and actually sparring.

LOL! :beating:

Sparring scares me, I used to spar in Tae Kwon Do class and got kicked in the jaw by a brown belt. Ha ha I had a foam helmet but I was like, Man, FUCK that! I suppose I would have to get used to being beat up...

Thought I wanted to stop by and say hi in your diary. You must get an ipod (the little shuffles are the best--they are tiny and just clip on to your clothes and hold like 250 songs!--and they are only $49 now) I don't know what I would do without mine...

Well there is that..... The bag work and drills are pretty satisfying in themselves though. You can get a lot of training and exercises without actually hitting anyone or being hit.

Yes, you are due for a massive birthday celebration, and I can't wait to hear all about it when you get back!!!!!

HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAY
... in case you aren't around on Monday (because you need to recooperate! :reddevil: )! If you are around on Monday, I'll say it again then!!!!

MY BIRTHDAY WEEKEND (ALONG WITH TWO OTHER FRIENDS) STARTS IN A FEW HOURS!!!!!!!

My girl friend is headed down here all the way from Oakland to join my Santa Cruz entourage of bar-hopping tonight :hurray:

My weight is 146.0, the same as the past few days, and I expect that--once I ovulate and hit the luteal phase, I should lose about 3 pounds granted I keep up what I'm doing.

Yesterday I kickboxed, today I'm nicely sore. After work I'm going to go to my gym and PUMP SOME IRON :coolgleamA: so I can look nice and sleek in my new, off the shoulder dark denium dress with a pleated mini skirt, OH YEAH! :sifone:

Last night was salmon salad again. Today I wasn't that hungry, but had whole grain bread and Acai drink, then a small slice of chocolate cake for my birthday work celebration (they didn't bust out the champagne, though! :() After my work out I'll get some protein in there, and meeting with Lu for beer on the beach.

In the early evening we'll head to my SC girl friend's house to get primped up for dinner and start getting the crew in gear. Then it's bar hopping and fun times! I plan on matching all drinks with a glass of water :conehead:

Tomorrow I work at the winery, then I'm off to Oakland to hang out with my hyphy Bay Area homies. Sunday it's to my hometown to have lunch with my best friend, niece, parents, and grandparents.

Monday I'll be basking in the Boulder Creek sun, forest running, and having beer at the BC brewery!

Then my birthweek is over and it's back to work on Tuesday :ack2:

I'm looking forward to grappling with hunky hot guys :D In real life, I'm self-assured, cocky, and stand up for myself--sexually I like being the sub, ha ha, and I always enjoy a good wrassle and LOSING :D

I hope to have lots of good pictures, too!

Oakland is truly a wonderful city, although in 2007, according to annual FBI crime statistics (based on 2006 numbers) Oakland was the fourth most dangerous city in the U.S., surpassing all other Bay Area cities. Drugs, thugs, and crime, oh my! :ack2: I don't mind, I enjoy danger....:reddevil:
