I've been wanting to start up Jiu-Jitsu.

I really wanted to see Silva's fight (the Brazilian fellow). The dude is a goddamn machine.

If you start up Jiu Jitsu you may as well try to see if there is a chute boxe academy where you live--chute boxers are fucking SAVAGE!!!

I wish PRIDE still existed because I liked the kneeing to the head and the face stomping. I'm not into violence, really, but both those moves are very very interesting! Yes, Silva was a machine. I have a hard time remembering his exact fight because I'm not very good with names in the UFC (yet) but I'll get there.

I saw that UFC fight on Saturday. I thought it was kind of lame too. I can't wait to see Coture and Lesner go at it in November.

Whoa, I forget the names but the headliners--I think? Barely TOUCHED each other in the first round! I was yelling angrily at that point. Then I was booing the guy who tore his muthafuckin ACL  while hopping around. PUHLEAZE!!! :toetap05:

I was at a Strikeforce event in San Jo a couple years ago, and in one fight, they forgot to lock the cage door!!!! :toetap05: A fighter fell through in the first minute and injured HIS leg or knee, and it was over. Wow, we were BOOING for a long time, especially cause the other guy who I guess won by default or maybe it was a Disqualification or No Contest, I don't remember because I was so disgusted, anyway the non-injured guy was strutting around with his hands in the air like he'd just knocked out his opponent, not like he'd just shoved him through the door. BOO! :cuss:

This morning I could barely get out of bed. My body is sore and when I was driving to work I felt my eyes sort of drop like lead and I had to keep myself awake. Haha! :ack2:

Yesterday I had beer for dinner. :coolgleamA: It's something ya don't wanna do! But it happens once in a while. After chillaxing at the Brewery and talking to a pervy 39 year old who asked for my number  I went home and put on some music and tried more arm balances. My inner upper arm has little bruises on it as if someone was manhandling me. It took me a while to figger out that it was my knees that did it :ack2:

Aside from the beer, I ate very little yesterday, and am back to 145.5 lbs. Oh yeah I went running at lunch for 36 minutes on the beach. It was nice and cold. Then after work I took the Yoga 2-3 class and did a bunch of shit, notably I did this for the first time: Well, I tried. It's not as hard as one might think and the teacher told us that arm balances are more about how often you do em, not so much strength. Basically it'll get easier and easier. I had a very difficult time on the left side, right side was easier.

Today is belly dancing and Yoga 1-2. Man, I'm tired!

Beer for dinner. :drool5: I was just thinking about what to make for dinner. Actually I'm thinking that this weekend is going to be the blow out that I've been looking for for so long now.

Oh, I mean that I'm camping with a bunch of friends from Friday to Sunday. There is going to be a LOT of beer (I'm bringing that) and plenty of whiskey. Pig roast on Saturday. :reddevil:

Word, and I never seen him do stand up. I seen his brother, on film from a stand up a long long time ago where Eddie wore that red leather catsuit, LOL.

"I got an ice-cream, I got an ice-cream, and you can't have-one, cause you're on wel-fare" :D

Last year my friend who is an undertaker brought the pig in a body bag. How funny is that? "Uhm... did anyone check to see if he grabbed the right bag?"

As my daughter said when she had just turned three and saw the pig roasting over the fire, "Oh, piggy... you look... so delicious." True quote. I was so proud.:sifone:

I suppose!

SO! I have another race. Thanksgiving Day, Race to Feed the Hungry in Sacramento. My mom's side of the family and I are going to the El Dorado Hills for TG at my great aunt and uncle's nice house, and I plan on shmobbin up to the Hills Wednesday evening, waking up early and shmobbin to Sactown, kicking ass at the race (going to do the 10K), and making it back for brunch :D
