little tricks....i was so hungry i went into the kitchen. I had several things i could eat, but figured i should munch on some protein--so i opened a package of pineapple tofu. 160 calories per serving, 2 servings, 4 pieces. I took one piece. Spicy probiotic hummus, 70 calories per serving, 2 tbsp per serving--i scooped one tbsp.
I ate it (115 cal snack) and am waiting for it to satiate me. Just 37 more minutes until i'm distracted![]()
