Congrats on the new low my dear :)

I totally got the "collapse your boobs" comment your mom made. Sounds like something Tyra would say in a second to a girl on ANTM, hehe...

Your legs do look mighty amazing in the running pic. I gotta work on mine a little bit but I do think the running does things to your legs that other things can't. Mine still have some fat at the top but I can see muscles poke thru when I flex. I just gotta start up my leg training again... I just get some anxiety about it because i hate hobbling around for a few days afterwards when I train them too hard....

I hope the SWITCH treatments work for you. Remember, no pain no gain, right? with exercise and beauty treatments :) I'm a big fan of exfoliation but since I'm a guy and i shave (more sporadically than ever atm) I guess I have an advantage... I'm also a firm believer in moisturizing with an spf as well ;)

Hmmm, well maybe if tomorrow it's the same. Thanks, though! :hug2:

Thanks for the compliments! Exfoiliate for SHO!!! :smash:

ANXIETY about being sore???? C'mon Sam. Fat on the top??? Puhleaze!! So do I, but at certain angles it looks like it could pass for muscle :)

Way to go on the new low. That is fantastic! I love the running pic. Way to spot the camera guy and put on a smile. I do the same thing. However sometimes they sneak in a photo when you are not paying attention. Those always make for a good laugh later!!

What is your next event? I'm thinking about the Kaiser 1/2 marathon in San Francisco...not sure yet though. Have you done the Wharf to Wharf yet? I love that run...so many people, but so much damn fun.

Keep up the great job on the weight loss. I'm hoping to be right behind ya!

Hi Melissa! :) Hmmm, I have a 10K on Thanksgiving Day for Race to Feed the Hungry. I have done Wharf to Wharf once with my grandpa--I'd rolled my ankle a few days before and wasn't even going to do it, but found I was OK to go slow with gramps--we ended up an hour and 20 minutes, LOL! But he was 77 at the time, so give him a break :) I might do it again sometime but yeah--so many people, hard to get fast!

Wow, not bad for Gramps. That is a 13 min mile...not too shabby. I agree, it's very difficult to go fast on that run...you are constantly bobbing and weaving through the crowd to move forward. This year after the run my ankle hurt from running around people...Next year I am getting closer to the front of the start group. I really loved the bag pipe folks and the runners. So much fun.

Have fun on Thanksgiving day!!

Thank you sweetie!!

Gramps can average 10 minute miles on 5Ks--he is a POWERHOUSE.

When I was young I had no idea that I was getting such a great influence from my family. Now that I'm wise to the fact, I feel absolutely BLESSED and lucky!

I know I know... Anxiety about being sore is pretty lame. I dunno if I would necessarily classify it as anxiety but hatred... Just with my legs. My old PT used to push me pretty hard when we did legs and it used to kind of freak me out some... I must admit my legs have come a long long way. At least they don't rub holes in my jeans between my legs anymore :hurray: LOL

I am ready to get back on the leg training horse. No anxiety, lol... :coolgleamA:

Oh wow, you too? Damn I never think about that! :smash: So your PT traumatized you? Poor thing! Yes, but screw it, you KNOW you like being fit--now STAY there! ;) Don't make me yell at you! LOL
