Hey guys, I was on here a long long time ago starting at 290 lbs. I'm down to 215 now, have been for awhile, and have recently decided to kickstart myself up again to reach my goal of 190. I've got the body type where I can put on either fat or muscle quickly.. Sadly it's been the fat for the most part. I came on here when I was known for being the fat guy, now I'm just one of the guys, got a pretty girl and a solid bunch of good people I call my friends. Overall I can't complain about anything.. So I've lost alot of the motivation to lose weight since I was happy with life.

Now, I've decided to do this for me. There is no one I need to impress or nothing I can't do because of my weight.. So I'm doing this for me. Just to be healthier, just to be fitter, just to look in the mirror and want to sex myself :). Joke.

Anyway, I'm on here now for accountability, so I have people who I can try and not let down. I'm sure most of my old friends from this forum are gone, but there is always room for new buddies.

Quick stats? 6ft1, 215, big bones (seriously, people have told me I shouldn't lose anymore weight and should consider just working out.. Even though I'm almost 220!) basically the only body part I am unhappy with is my stomach.. Let's see if we can change that.
