hey, guys, i'm new to being registered, but have been reading this site for a looooong time now. i just never had a question until now that wasn't already answered. i'm right now on a bulking cycle, and i've found that when i do curls with a bar, after every rep it hurts my forearm pretty badly. it's on the anterior side of my forearm, and it's not hurting the muscles, i feel it on the bone-bad enough to make me wince. what is this; any ideas?
