i'm curious as to how this works....
so i've got some muscle (not alot but enough), but unless im flexin it looks like nothin, like i've got no muscle at all. know wut i mean? when its "relaxed" it has really no shape to it until i flex. does loosing body fat cause the skin to be tighter on the muscle makin the muscle "tighter" and not so loose, giving it shape even when relaxed?
